What happens past my included minutes?
You are billed the per-minute rate shown on your plan, and you can set a spending cap in Billing so the meter is never a surprise.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are month to month. Cancel from your Billing page whenever you like and you keep access to the end of the period you already paid for.
What if I want to stop?
Cancel anytime from your Billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you already paid for.

Before you pick a plan.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. Keep your number and forward it to the one that comes with your plan, or give out the new number directly. The numbers your plan includes are part of its price, with nothing extra to pay for them. Local numbers are available today in the United States, Canada, and Estonia, with other European countries opening once their local registration is approved.
How long does setup take?
There is nothing to install. Once you have paid, your workspace is ready in under a minute; then you pick a number, write your greeting, and paste in your hours and services.
What happens when two people call at once?
Both calls are answered. Call capacity is shared across the platform rather than limited per plan, so a second caller hears your greeting instead of a busy signal.
Will callers know it's an AI?
You write the greeting your receptionist opens with, so you decide exactly what every caller hears first. We recommend saying it is an assistant.
What if it cannot answer something?
It takes a message, records what the caller wanted, and can transfer the call through to a person instead of guessing.
Is scheduling an extra charge?
No. Every plan includes District Scheduling: your own booking page, in your workspace's own region, with your own hours, appointment types and reminder emails. Turn it on from Scheduling in your dashboard.
